Designed for the everyday visit
The core functionality and familiar workflows remain in place. The upgrade makes them clearer and easier to navigate, so teams can find what they need and get on with their work.
A common workflow is when someone needs a quick answer. Many visits are brief: find the customer, check a status, complete an action and get back to work.
That insight shaped the redesign. Clearer visual hierarchy and status indicators distinguish what needs action from what’s there for information, so teams can quickly identify their next step.
Faster access, familiar workflows
In our testing of the merchant view, Operate 3.0 opened 36% faster on first load, with 40% less to download.
Every page has been rebuilt using modern design-system components, built for keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels and readable contrast. Pages, tables and filters remain where teams expect them, while data, roles, permissions and workflows stay in place. Teams get an upgraded experience without relearning everyday processes.
Built-in Operate AI guidance provides another shortcut. Users can ask how to complete a task and follow a link directly to the relevant page, with in-context assistance. Early usage data shows that this guidance has reduced selected navigation paths from as many as eight clicks to one.
