About The Position
We’re looking for a passionate, motivated, and creative Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team!
In this role, you’ll help us find and attract amazing people across different business areas and play a key role in shaping our hiring strategy.
You’ll manage the full recruitment process — from understanding hiring needs to bringing the right people on board — while working closely with business leaders to align on goals and priorities.
Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end global recruitment processes — from sourcing to hiring.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define the ideal candidate profile.
· Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess skills and culture fit.
· Create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
· Write job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each role’s real needs.
· Source top talent through a variety of channels and build a strong candidate pipeline.
· Act as a trusted advisor to the business — share market insights and recruitment trends.
· Use data to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve.
· Be creative and think outside the box to find new ways to reach great candidates.
Requirements
· 5 years of experience as a recruiter in a hi-tech or global company.
· Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find great talent in any market.
· Excellent English, both written and spoken.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· B.A. in Social or Behavioral Sciences (or equivalent).
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· A results-driven mindset with energy, motivation, and initiative.
