We are building the next unicorn in the fintech space and looking for a talented, execution-oriented Program Manager to help us scale with impact.
The Program Manager is a key member of the Strategic Solutions team and acts as the primary point of contact (POC) for partners during the entire execution lifecycle. This includes guiding merchants and financial institutions through onboarding, integration, testing, and launch.
This client-facing and cross-functional role will oversee complex technical implementation programs across multiple stakeholders, working closely with product, engineering, and operations. You will be responsible for structuring project delivery, aligning internal teams, and ensuring integrations are launched on time and with high quality.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in complexity, owns delivery outcomes, and can manage both strategy and execution in a high-growth, global startup.

Translate technical delivery needs into clear business language that aligns with partner objectives.
- Drive Client Accountability - Establish and manage clear partner expectations, defining joint ownership of responsibilities across testing, certification, legal/compliance reviews, and go-live readiness. Follow up on action items and hold partners accountable for their milestones.
- Collaborate Across Partner Ecosystems - Support ChargeAfter’s integrations with third-party platforms such as shopping carts, marketplaces, payment gateways, and lending partners. Navigate complex partner ecosystems and coordinate across multiple external teams to deliver unified solutions.
- Guide Stakeholder Decision-Making - Act as the go-to resource for external stakeholders and represent program status, blockers, and strategic risks. Escalate thoughtfully, provide well-informed tradeoffs, and communicate with clarity and transparency.
- Orchestrate Internal-External Alignment - Coordinate with product, engineering, compliance, and customer success to ensure all internal teams are aligned with external stakeholder needs. Facilitate seamless handoffs and ensure client satisfaction at every milestone.
- Execute with Discipline and Detail - Maintain rigor around documentation, scope, project plans, and risk logs. Deliver with a customer-first mindset, ensuring every decision supports both technical feasibility and long-term client value.
- Enable Cross-Functional Team Readiness - Ensure that product, engineering, operations, and customer success teams are fully briefed and equipped to support partner integrations. Drive pre-launch readiness internally with detailed implementation plans and clear responsibilities.
- Drive Internal Visibility and Reporting - Maintain dashboards, project trackers, and executive summaries to keep leadership informed of key milestones, risks, and delivery confidence. Ensure internal accountability and clarity across all functions.
