With its data-driven decisioning engine and network of global lenders, ChargeAfter delivers the most relevant financing offers to consumers from multiple lenders resulting in credit approvals for up to 85% of customer applications. ChargeAfter streamlines the distribution of credit into a single platform that can be white-labled and branded by banks, financial institutions and retailers, both online and in-store.

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Specialist that will execute the company’s marketing plans in North America . The ideal candidate has experience managing the complete process of F2F and virtual events, including planning stage, running the actual event itself and the post-event evaluation, and is familiar with marketing nurturing programs and marketing technology.



  • Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting research to ensure the event is delivered efficiently and attracts the target audience.
  • Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events
  • Become part of the local community of merchants and financial institutions -  find new opportunities for community events,  PR opportunities and more 
  • Organize virtual webinars - including sourcing speakers, working with the digital team to attract audience, pre and post webinar campaign management. 
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
  • Manage social media activity and email marketing surrounding field marketing campaigns
  • Track expenses in an organized fashion
  • Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities.
  • Review KPI performance and pipeline contribution to demonstrate marketing programs impact  and align marketing activities to pipeline gaps and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team, Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the sales team.
  • Assist regional sales managers when needed
  • Develop robust knowledge of all company’s products


  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in field/events marketing role.
  • Experience working in a global software or high-tech company. 
  • Knowledge of Fintech/or Retail – An advantage. 
  • Hands-on experience with event planning and production. 
  • Experience in managing outsourced vendors (design, video, event contractors, etc.). 
  • Budget planning experience and proficiency in building reports 
  • Strong marketing operational and analytical skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, finance, or a related field.
